TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT*
By purchasing the $999 Full Body IPL Hair Reduction Offer, you agree to pay a $50 booking deposit upfront, with the remaining balance paid in full at your first treatment session. This is a fixed promotional package and cannot be reduced, customised, split into individual payments, or repriced based on which areas you choose to treat. Your IPL sessions will be scheduled approximately every four weeks, based on your treating professional's assessment and clinical requirements. The package is valid for 12 months from your commencement date, and all sessions must be used within this period — unused sessions cannot be carried over, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit. This package is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the booking. Face and neck are not included but can be added for an additional $250, and for male clients, the bikini/intimate area is not included. All appointments are subject to availability, and late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in a session being forfeited in accordance with Sculpt's cancellation policy. IPL is a hair-reduction treatment and individual results vary — Sculpt Body & Wellness Clinics reserves the right to postpone or modify treatment where clinically necessary, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
